Terms of Use

The service

Hosts make an album and share a QR code or link, and guests add photos from their phones. Basic albums are free, with limits shown on the site. Extra photos are arranged with me directly, at a price we agree before you pay.

Hosts

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for your album: who gets the link, what you do with the photos, and telling guests how their photos will be used. Keep access to your email secure, because it's how you sign in.

What you can't upload or do

• Nothing illegal, including anything sexual involving a child. I report that to the authorities.
• No nude or sexual images, harassment, threats or hate.
• No photos you don't have the right to share, or that invade someone's privacy.
• No malware, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the site, or to get into albums that aren't yours.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. By adding them you confirm you have the right to, and you let me store and display them as the service needs, including showing them to the album's hosts, and to guests if the hosts allow it. I don't use them for advertising.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report an album. I can remove photos, switch off albums or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice if it's serious.

Keep your own copy

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees. I work to keep it running and your photos safe, but outages and data loss can happen, and photo files have no separate backup today. Save your album once your event is over.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses, or for losing photos or access. If I am found liable, the limit is what you paid me for that album in the past 12 months. Nothing here removes rights the law doesn't allow me to remove.

Stopping and changes

You can delete your albums at any time, and ask me to delete your account. I may change or end the service, and I'll try to give notice so you can save your photos. If these terms change, I'll update this page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and Malaysian courts handle any dispute, without taking away consumer rights you have where you live.
